1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests will be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchasing a single tool or package from us.

  • If there is a problem with an account that prevents access, the customer may apply for a refund. However, refund requests can only be submitted if the issue persists for more than 24 hours after the problem is reported to us.

  • For packages, refunds will only apply to the main accounts included in the package. Refunds will not be provided for any bonus accounts.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Wrong Product Purchased: If the customer mistakenly purchases the wrong product or package, no refund or exchange will be provided.

  • Bonus Accounts in Packages: Issues with bonus accounts provided with packages are not eligible for refunds.

  • Violation of Platform Rules: If a customer violates any rules of our platform, their access will be revoked, and no refund will be issued. Violations include but are not limited to:

    • Selling or sharing accounts purchased from ToolStar.

    • Logging into additional devices beyond the number allowed.

    • Any other misuse or unauthorized activity.

3. Technical Issues

Access is typically provided immediately after a purchase. However, in rare cases of technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours to grant access. If access is not provided within this timeframe, the customer may apply for a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Email us at support@toolstarbd.com with the following details:

    • Detailed reason for the refund request.

    • Order ID.

    • Date of product purchase.

    • Mobile number.

  2. Once the refund request is reviewed and accepted, the customer will be notified.

  3. Refunds may take up to 14 working days to be processed and reflected in the customer’s original payment method.

5. Resolution Timeframe

  • If an account issue is reported, ToolStar will attempt to resolve the problem within 24 hours. Refund requests will not be entertained during this resolution period.

  • If the issue persists beyond 24 hours, the customer may proceed to request a refund.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

ToolStar reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
